About this site

Navigation

The main navigation of this website is the navigation bar on the left of each page. Main sections include topics such as about CAE, what is inclusive design, what we do, projects and so on. If pages have further pages linked to them they will appear as a list on the top of the page being viewed.

Breadcrumb trail

At the top of each page is a set of links which shows you exactly where you are in relation to the home page and allows you to move back quickly to a previous section.

Search

If you are looking for something specific use the site search facility (access key 4) and type the word or phrase you are looking for. The site search box is located in the top left corner of each page.

Printer friendly pages

When you print a page on this site it will be automatically formatted in a printer friendly way using a print style sheet. This may not work on some older browsers.

Customising this site

The site makes use of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) which allows users to make adjustments to fonts, text sizes, colours and so on. You can even navigate the site with your own stylesheet, totally changing the way it appears. The BBC has developed My Web, My Way, a very useful web guide on how to make the web easier to use and how to make changes to how websites are displayed. Go to My Web, My Way.

Adobe Acrobat Files

This website uses Adobe PDF files for some documents. To view and print these you will need the Acrobat Reader plug-in. If you do not already have this installed on your computer you can download it for free from www.adobe.com.
